The Secret Santa wheel draws names for a gift exchange without asking anyone for an email address, which is the main thing the dedicated Secret Santa sites get wrong.
Put everyone's name on the wheel, then let each person spin privately and remove their own result before passing the device along.
The method matters here. Turn on "Remove winner after spin" so each name can only be drawn once, and have people spin one at a time without the group watching the screen. Whoever draws their own name spins again — that is the one rule this approach needs.
